D.L.O Wheel has excellent result in polishing and enhancing the strength of glass edges, which can provide stable and elastic polishing on the glass edge to make the glass edge smoother without any remain, capable of eliminating the stress concentration on the glass edge, so as to prevent crack generation in successive processes and resulting in damage of workpiece.。

Optimate Technology improves the repairing equipment and technology for the D.L.O. wheel, capable of satisfying the requirement of customer in both cost and efficiency. In conventional repairing technology, the lathe tool is fixed and the D.L.O. wheel is rotatingly clamped by the lathe and slowly moved forward, of which the shortcomings are ignorance of the effect of thermal expansion, low efficiency, and fast abrasion of the lathe tool. With the process improvement by Optimate Technology, the lathe tool is movable instead of being fixed, the shape is plate instead of block, the material is covered by diamond particle instead of alloy with smooth surface, D.L.O. wheel is rotated only, and the cutting amount and forwarding speed is controlled by the lathe tool. Accordingly, the heat dissipation effect is improved and the working hour is only 1/4 of the conventional technology.
