After been appropriately cut, two glass substrates need to be sealed for being filled with liquid crystal to form the critical liquid crystal layer of the TFT-LED. During the sealing process, the edges of the glass substrates need to be applied with suitable amount of thermosetting adhesive to form a space for filling the liquid crystal. The sealing nozzle developed by our company has higher quality and better price.
 

The smoothness when the sealing nozzle applying the adhesive depends upon the consistence of the inclination and the height of the tab in the hole, and is absolutely related with the bearing length of the forming section at the front end of the outlet. Besides the ready-made sealing nozzle, we can customize the nozzle according to the customer’s need. Pressure needs to be applied when applying the adhesive, and the pressure determines the adhesive amount and the advancing speed of the nozzle. For assuring no adhesive leakage under pressure, the tight connection of the pin and holder is extremely important. Besides the prevention of adhesive leakage and fall-off of the pin, the verticality of the pin after connected is most important.
