The patterned technology co-developed by our company and Metal Industries Research and Development Center, Laser Brazing, is especially
suitable for the welding of heterogeneous material, which utilizes physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology to evenly coat the welding
material on the workpiece, and then uses the manners of laser, high temperature furnace, or high frequency wave to braze and connect the
workpiece.
It is suitable for the heat generator of conventional industry, even replacing the PVF material of the enameled wire, or brazing not
allowing sparking, which can be solved by selecting suitable manner.
Heat generator: Instead of tungsten wire, ceramics are used for the heat generator material for the consideration of safety and
energy saving. The technology used for welding electric wire with ceramics is the pattern owned by our company.
Enamel-insulated wire: The enamel scrapping parts were made of tungsten steel or diamondoid, and can be substituted by ceramics
nowadays.
Some components are used in hazard environment, like switchboard box or breaker used for oil gas or fuel gas. For preventing the
generation of spark, nonconductive materials can be welded by the welding technology for heterogeneous material airtightly for the
application.
Design and manufacturing of mechanical part with high precision requirement or even the track in the negative pressure suction disk for
vacuum attachment. Even the surface needs to be coated with ceramics and leveled can be manufactured.
Tool for manually trimming burr of glass.
